So far, great office & dr. Lana P. Is fabulous, kind and understanding. Very happy with this team.
Terrible customer service - as soon as you call, they put you on hold without even saying hello. You wait forever to even talk to someone. In my first appointment the doctor barely looked at me, was holding her breath perhaps due to being overworked, quickly asked questions and was out like the wind. When I asked my son's doctor for a referral for trans support, he said he would refer us to mental health specialist. I did not feel like a human coming to this office and already need to look for a new PCP.
Staff is so amazing, caring and kind. They respond very quickly and listen to any concerns.
I had the most amazing experience at this office, Dr. Poghosyan and her team are simply amazing they are all caring and kind, take great care of their patients, they are punctual and they call every single time for reminder for appointments in a professional manner and also very friendly, all of my years living in LA this is thus far the best experience i had at a Doctors office. I had a very positive experience at this medical office. The doctor was extremely professional, attentive, and patient. They took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made me feel comfortable and confident about my care.
