I had my first appointment with the lovely Kat and I’m so glad I found her. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, kind, and welcoming. She took the time to talk me through exactly what she was going to do, making sure it would suit me and match the inspo photo I brought in. Not only did she absolutely nail the cut and style but the scalp massage was next-level relaxing (I almost fell asleep!).
