I had my first visit with Dr. Dao. She is super patient, kind and knowledgeable, with a great bedside manner. I’m really glad I chose her to be my doctor.
I am very happy to have Dr. Liana Dao as my primary care physician. She has a beautiful energy of being both interested and interesting in explaining all relevant medical information related to my visits. Besides being a great communicator, she is compassionate, clear and efficient and I would highly recommend her.
The doctor is great when seeing her at appointments, but the practice rarely responds to messages on the portal they provide or answers the phone if you call, so it impossible to have any dialogue without making (and waiting for) an appointment. Very frustrating when there’s a small follow up question or clarification needed.
