Scheduling the appointment was a breeze. The receptionist and the two carpet cleaners who arrived were extremely polite and very professional. Right away, they laid down fabric on the floor to safeguard my surfaces. Additionally, they set up a screen in front of the door to keep flies out while they moved in and out. I found myself in a tight situation and needed the entire house cleaned—living room, hallway, and four bedrooms—all on the same day I reached out to them! We were recommended to a carpet cleaning service by another well-respected company that was unable to assist us with our urgent carpet situation (thanks to a little one and a full bottle of liquid soap). We were extremely pleased with the service we received. The owner was very friendly, honest, and fair. Our situation took more time than he initially expected, but he stayed late to ensure everything was perfect and didn't charge us extra, even when we insisted on giving him more for the additional time.
I have a spacious home with a lot of carpet, and I recently had Damian come in to assess the carpets. He assured me that he could make them look better than new, and his pricing was very reasonable. I was only expecting good results, but what I got was absolutely incredible! I couldn't believe how clean my 7-year-old carpets became; they looked brand new!
