Bragged about his skills and experience only to cancel surgery and care the day before it was to happen.
He built himself up as extremely qualified to perform surgery I needed. He then cancelled the day before surgery saying he didn't feel qualified enough to do the surgery. Ugh! I will not ever go back to him.
Arrogant.
