Liam maintains management is not good I'm leaving in this apartment from 6months in winter they heaters are not working . In summer air conditioner is not working good . I have to send a mail them to after couple week for fix the problem . But they don't respond very well . Im paying $2000 for 2bedroom apartment . If you want to go lees with them please talk to them about the maintains before do contract .

We were quoted a little job and emailed our agreeance for the work to be done within 24hr of the quote being delivered to us. A little kitchen/breakroom reno. From there, it was a one-way communication with us, ~bi-weekly, looking for updates on scheduling for 6 months with zero responses from the person responsible. We ended up emailing their owner, which surprise-surprise, brought on a response from the non-responsive construction manager.
