I ordered the new balance 550 and my total payment was 160 dollars. I ordered the size I always order which is half a size bigger for more comfort. The shoes were too small on me and I cannot walk in them. I contacted the store to exchange for a bigger size and they said no. I told them I just wanted to exchange for the correct size and not receive a refund but they refused even though I told them I would not be able to wear the shoes at all. This company does not reply to emails and the phone is out of service. Clearly became aware of the scam upon receiving a pair of New Balance shoes 990v5's that were counterfeit, wrong size and had a ****** fake verification in the box from *********.This is a scam site.
