Update on below: I contacted Jeremy Scuderi, the fixed operational Director at Lia Toyota, as he had requested in response to my review. I am very hopeful after talking with Jeremy and think we will be able to get this resolved very soon. He even offered to have my friend driven home after taking his car in so I did not have to take off of work once again to go with my friend to Lia. Alyssa Viera was friendly. Car was ready quickly
Used to be great, but no longer. They take care of my Corolla well enough but I mistakenly recommended my friend to them. They sold him two thousand dollars worth of repairs including 4 new tires. One tire keeps flattening and we’ve been back twice now and had rims sanded and tire balanced and sealed. Still can’t get it right and my elderly friend has a flat brand new tire every week that I refill and now will have to miss work and bring it in again. You just get the feeling that they don’t want to be bothered….
Jack Guerra is as the best salesman ever!! Was straight forward ( no BS) explained every little detail !!
Service dept did nice fast job on our running boards Melissa morales was excellent
