Scheduling service is easy. Reception was quick. One concern is I mentioned several concerns when I scheduled my appointment. When I when to pay, the advisor didn't follow up on all concerns even though they were listed on the computer as per cashier . Another concert is with "suggested" repairs. The adviser listed "scheduled" items without checking if they were done. This makes me feel like a sales scam to push unnecessary or already done services.
