Rachel Edelman has been my contact agent who is very clear about the service need of our RAV4 2019.
I had my Toyota towed to Lia Toyota because it would not start. I had to leave it over the weekend. They installed a new battery. This was the second battery in 3 years Rachel Adelman in the service department was the most rude person I ever dealt with at Lia Toyota. She told me my car was ready Saturday but it still did not start. She blamed me for putting the wrong gas in my car. Whatever was wrong she spoke down to me and dismissed me.
