Good service
I called at the last minute to get an oil change,tire rotation and NYS Inspection. I got right in and was there for an hour and everything was done to my satisfaction. I was kept updated all along. I am very happy with the service.
Kaden was professional,polite and seems like a good employee to have on your staff. I am still waiting to hear about his transaction with Zurich about the part he was waiting for authorization to replace on my car. I have bumper to bumper coverage. That was tuesday. It is now thursday and I was just curious.
Great experience getting service done here. Chelsea Beyer was extremely helpful and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. I dropped my car off much earlier than my scheduled appointment, and Chelsea was able to make sure it was done and ready to be picked up early.
