Highly recommend Chelsea Beyer at Lia Nissan of Saratoga. Came in for an oil change and inspection and was not disappointed! Super helpful.
Kaden Peterson was very personable and kept me up to date on the progress of the work done on my car.
Having received a reminder that my Kicks needed routine service (oil change and tire rotation) I made an appointment. I was offered several choices to fit my schedule and brought the car in last Monday. Kaden Peterson greeted me as I pulled in and he handled my service appointment flawlessly. He was pleasant and explained the work to be conducted and the time needed to do so. Kaden asked if I had any questions or concerns. 10 am appointment for oil change, truck went in shop at 10:45 and came out at 11:15 , in acceptable, also was supposed to get complimentary car wash which didn’t happen!
