This was my first oil change and tire rotation for my leased Rogue. A multi-point inspection was also done. It was a great experience from start to finish. It was a nice touch to receive a video showing what was done to my vehicle and a text when it was ready for pickup. Very satisfied with Lia Service.
The service advisor PJ, was excellent. Very kind, patient and great with explaining everything and communicating with me. I needed to leave my vehicle for a few days and I was provided with a loaner. I did appreciate that. One thing confused me, I made it clear, numerous times, that my tire needed air weekly, they said I do not have a leak but I need new tires but I could do that before winter.. I've been having my Nissan serviced here for years and I am always happy with the service they provide. They are knowledgeable, courteous, go above and beyond for me and so professional. Kaden Peterson is always so friendly, courteous and when I have a question or concern, he gives me answers! It's a great place.
