This is my second time using Lia Nissan to service my Morano SUV. I give them five stars because they did more than I expected. I like the report they provided at the end of the service work. Joanne Chapleski was very friendly and was a pleasure to works with. She is a great customer point of contact person. I will have them do my next scheduled service when it comes due.

I've had a repeating minor problem with my new Nissan SV and every time JoAnne Zapleski ( I NOW I'm butchering the last name...sorry) was there in the Service Dept. with all the vigor, cheer and determination to help that I've known her to possess. Aside from the quality that Nissan is known for, it is surpassed only by the total quality of the entire Nissan team which stands behind every vehicle they sell. I have NEVER had such an experience!!! (They must put something in the water...just kidding ) Steve T. :-)

Both of my daughters own Nissan Rogues purchased/leased from Lia Nissan...So--after five Hondas--I thought I'd take a look...My salesman, Ray Ryan, was extremely pleasant and helpful! No pressure, no gimmicks...just a great deal ! Now driving a 2018 Rogue Sport...and I love it! Thank you Ray Ryan and Lia Nissan!!!!!

Stephani Havens deserved the 5 star review. She was so helpful and pleasant went there to just look, later I came home with a new Rouge Sport. She was delightful to work with and very helpful. Really enjoying my new Rogue
