On this visit we were here for a normal oil change and tire rotation as well as ant service updates. As it turns out there was one update. The service writer, Mike, handled the complete task with utmost courtesy and efficiency. My car was completed in the promised time and was ready for me as expected!!
On this particular visit the reason i was here was I had a slow leak on my passenger side front tire. The technical writer, Sami Dawood, was nothing short of spectacular!! He was swift, attenive and very polite. He sent me a very descriptive video of a full walk around of my vehicle including the source of the problem, a nail in yhe tire. he verified my contact information and asked if i needed a courtesy ride.
