On this visit we were here for a normal oil change and tire rotation as well as any service updates. As it turns out there was one update. The service writer, Bill, handled the complete task with utmost courtesy and efficiency. My car was completed in the promised time and was ready for me as expected!!
I had a wonderful experience getting my vehicle inspected. They got me in and out in under an hour. Mike was friendly and polite - couldn’t ask for anything more!
I was given perfect service. Michael Bingham was my rep. He was able to make a quick and convenient appointment, got the problems diagnosed and fixed for a reasonable cost and was treated very nicely by the entire staff. I highly recommend this shop for repairs and maintenance.
I was in and out of service at Lia INFINITI 30 minutes faster than estimated. William Golden, my service tech, kept me informed of my schedule and also presented me with what would be done with my car as well as options for future service that was not critical at this time. A most cordial and well-informed young man, it's representatives like William Golden that have kept me coming back to Lia INFINITI since 2004!!
My service advisor Sami Dawood is always very attentive and provides excellent advice. Always a pleasure working with him and his service team.
