Mike Carpenter is absolutely a very professional and knowledgeable. He doesn’t talk to you like most service people do he listens.
Had my 2025 Ioniq 5 in for warranty service due to a defective ICCU. The part took about 10 days to arrive but my service rep Josephine Calabro was great at communicating the status of my vehicle repair the entire time. She was very responsive and answered questions in a timely manner.
Regular periodic service. Quick, no pressure for extras. Chloe Daguillo was my service advisor.
