My new 2025 car was acting up and I was so frustrated. It kept jolting/bucking when I would accelerate. I stopped into Lia and my original salesman Claudio test drove it with me and within seconds he brought me right to Mike Carpenter in the service department to make an appointment. Mike got me in the next morning. He was polite, kind, attentive to the situation and I was very pleased with his service.
