I’ve never been disappointed with the service at Lea Honda. I had a first-time experience with service representative Becca. She was most accommodating and professional. Becca must’ve been trained or heavily influenced by Susan, the GOAT of dealer service reps.
I had a new set of tires put on eight months after putting new set on from Kingston Tire, which turned out to be crap tires, by the time they were only 8,000 miles old. These new tires from Lia Honda? I actually really enjoy driving my car with these new General tires from Lia Honda. Joe Essency was amazing! Lia Honda is lucky to have him and if Joe ever tries to leave, Lia should do whatever it takes to keep him forever.
My flat tire was taken care of. There was couple of hours wait, however job was done correctly. Grateful for the work well done
Robert Munson was friendly and is a great employee. It did take 2 hours for an oil change and inspection, which is more time than I expected with a 7:30am appointment.
I have a Toyota and I go to a Honda dealership for service. That in itself should tell you all you need to know, but I’ll tell you more. From the second I drive into the garage, I’m greeted with a smile, a quick overhaul of the car and what we’re doing and I’m inside. The waiting are is comfortable with a window view of the vehicles, though you may not always see your vehicle, you can rest comfortably knowing you look in from time to time.
