i went to lia earlier this month to have my car looked at and i had a very good experience; beginning with chris. chris explained everything clearly to me regarding my car. i don't know him on a personal basis, but he seemed like a good honest man. he is definitely well-suited for his job. the mechanic, in a video, explained in detail, what maintenance was needed to be done on my car. he was professional and easy to understand. he did a great job fixing my car and as a result, my car is running great. i have seen a lot of me... read more
Bob Munson is great! Very knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. Service was prompt, and completed ahead of schedule. And, he gave me a great deal! Very happy with his service.
I have never had a good experience anytime I’ve been here. They constantly try and upsell you on services that if you’re uninformed about your vehicle’s repairs or maintenance that you would notice. Could lead to hundreds or thousands over a repair life if you keep coming here. They also constantly try and do the same to my immigrant father whose English is not the best, and I can’t seem to convince him that is not the case. Bad business, stay away.
At my last visit, Jared met me in the garage. Walked around my car with me. Confirmed the reason for my appointment (oil change). And a tech took my car into the shop. Very quick and efficient. Jared also checked for recalls and recommended services. He explained everything that needed to be done. An hour later, the work was done. Even had the car washed!! Over the past several years I have continued to have myHonda CRV serviced by Lia in Kingston. However this time and for the first time I received outstanding service from Rebecca Schermerhorn. Not only was she handle my questions but she went out of her way to be very transparent she explained in very layman terms what had to be done to my Honda. She is a breath of fresh air and a fine representative for Lia Honda in Kingston.
