Greg Palm was my service rep. He is very easy to deal with. He only recommends what needs to be done and I trust his opinion. I had new tires put on and it was done in a timely fashion.
We were schedule for a recall Andy Medina was our service rep told us it was a an all day wait. We were ok with it, but Andy really didn't want us to wait. It ended up only 2 hr wait thank you Andy Medina

In and out, no up-selling and no nonsense. My Service Advisor was Andy Medina. He took he time to listen to me, didn't try selling me more than I was in for and was kind enough to find me a rebate on he service I was having done on my car. The service technician did find an issue that would need addressing in he future and Andy quoted the job and gave me the honest truth on it's urgency. Thank you Andy and I shall return.
Greg Palm is professional, helpful and makes me feel like my car is being well taken care of. He is engaging and always looks for ways to make my experience better when I come to Lia.
