Appointment at 7:20, arrived early. After over an hour checked on status of my car. It had not even gone in yet. Spoke to a supervisor and was told only 2 people working. Unacceptable service, this is why I stopped bringing my car here. It's been over an hour and a half and still not done!

I have worked with service coordinator, Steve Smith, for the last 2 years. He is great! He is always in a pleasant mood, willing to help and remembers you, your vehicle and the maintenance.
Brought our Honda in for regular servicing when a diagnostic message came on. Nathan Wood handled it for us, and everything was easy with minimal disruption to our day.
Polite staff and good service. Lamar Patton did a great job.
