I have had great auto service appointments at Lia Honda of Albany. I have been going to Lia Honda for many years, and I know that my car (and previous Hondas I had) received excellent service. The service advisors at Lia Honda of Albany are friendly, very helpful, and they always provide good advice about maintenance services my car may need. When I had my last car service appointment, Dejon Lewis was my service advisor. Dejon is nice, knowledgeable, and he took the time to talk to me about the maintenance service I had.
If there was a 0 star option I would do it but it doesn’t give me that option. I had my 2022 Honda Civic SI towed in after hitting a pot hole and blowing my right front tire. LIA was the closest roadside was willing to tow it to based on where I got the flat. I bought a tire and wheel package when I bought the vehicle from Mohawk Honda and have used the package several times over the course of 2 years and has always been a hands free process with Mohawk Honda.
