I met Dr Zhu & her staff today for the first time. Dr Zhu & staff are kind, caring, and attentive. Bonus, they have a sense of humor I felt heard. I am grateful I found this office. Thank you, Dr. Zhu & and staff. Healthcare needs more medical professionals like you.
Unprofessional and unorganized at best. Dr. Zhu and her office staff failed to inform me that she was no longer accepting new patients, until I had already arrived for my appointment. The receptionist informed me that Dr Zhu was changing her schedule to part time, and went to ask the doctor if I could be seen. I then heard them conversing in the office about my appointment that had been scheduled ALL DAY, ultimately to be turned away. Terrible doctor!! My son is sick. After initial visit he reached out to her. She never responded. Didn’t respond to me either. Don’t waste your time! They focus on quantity of patients, not quality.
Can anyone let me know where Dr. Li Zhu is now practicing! I’d love to know where she is?? She was the best Doctor I’ve ever had!!
