Horrible customer service
I’ve been coming here for years and the problem isn’t the food but I’ve never messed up an order. Somehow when I placed it online it didn’t save the option where I asked for sauce on the side. They refused to replace it even though this was the first time in all the years that I’ve been coming here that my order was placed incorrectly. Horrible experience
Sad Sad Sad to be standing there waiting for your food to come out nice and hot get in the car start driving pull out the fries and they are extremely COLD call there to tell them oh bring them back we will make new fresh ones u want me to turn around get fresh fries so the rest of my food can be cold
