Dr. Chiramel is amazingly attentive, patient and understanding. I was upset when she moved from Commack to Smithtown, but it's worth the drive every few months. She is great and appointments have been generally on time. They take almost every insurance including Medicaid and Medicare plans. They shared an office with Stony Brook orthopedics, but they recently built a partition so she could have her own space and patients.
