Highly recommend Will and the LI Party Depot Team. My family and I have used them for years for bounce houses and other inflatables. Always professional and a pleasure to work with.
We had a very concerning experience with Party Depot. The water slide rented for our block party was initially set up without adequate padding and was missing a piece needed for the water to properly spray. Multiple people were injured with welts on their backs, cuts on their elbows, etc. Someone had to come back to fix this. Most concerning, the slide began tipping over while children were on it (only 2 at the top and one in the bottom pool area). Could not have asked for a better experience. My husband called uptown last last minute to see if they had a bouncer for my daughters bday. They gave us a choice of two. They offered a great price, it was delivered as promised on time before her birthday party by a really nice representative, Andrew. The bouncer was so clean. He delivered it with care and set it up for us. The kids had a blast. He returned the next day-in the rain to pick up the bouncer and was once again prompt and efficient.
