Dr Roth is an Amazing caring Dr. please do not get me wrong but this is the second or third time I have been called 630-7pm and told that I need to reschedule my appointment and that the only available appointments are months later or weeks later with a P.A. SmH I have never had this happen with a Drs office before in my life and this is the second or third time this office has done this to me. In my opinion its wrong and shows no compassion for the patient especially if it’s happened numerous times..
Excellent caring doctor. I have been using for 3 years and always have a good experience. PAs are great. Not so at front desk. Except for handing out forms or taking payments they seem disconnected from being mindful that every patient there has some medical problem. Also when you press zero to ask a question a few of them are very abrupt and rush you off the phone
Dr. Roth is a great, kind and caring doctor but the girls that work the front desk and answer the phones are terrible. So rude, nasty and unhelpful.

Dr Roth is the best doctor I’ve ever had. He is knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring. He always takes whatever time is needed to give me the best of care. I can’t find enough words to express how amazing this doctor is.
