My wife went to Dr. Levy two times. Each time we waited several hours in a crowded waiting room. All she got were instructions to have multiple tests done at their facilities. Never got an answer to what her condition was. Went to a primay care doctor in Lynbrook who cured her in one visit. This is an example of why our health system is so out of touch.
Dr.Levy is thorough and takes the time to sit with each patient to be able to investigate presenting symptoms. The issue I had is regarding wait time…. I was the first one here and almost everyone in this now crowed waiting room has gone ahead of me. You’re either in immediately or stuck here all day… there is no middle ground. As much as I appreciate this doctor, I’m unlikely to be returning here.
Gave me a medicine that was inappropriate for my condition. Never monitored me. Never checked on me. Never alerted me to side effects of medication. He was negligent and irresponsible. Result was that I ended up in emergency room with a severe head injury. No empathy ever shown. I do not recommend him.
My husband was a patient of Dr Levy’s, with a disastrous outcome.
