I came in for a gel French tip pedicure, my feet were not scrubbed a single time with an exfoliant, nor did any type of moisturizer make it to the heels of my feet. Clipped my big toe cuticle but didn’t get a lick of dirt from up under my toe. Even after politely declining the most expensive pedicure ( the 39 vs 30 one only have 1 item difference so of course I opted for the 30) was still charged 35 until I spoke up, and they took off $5, totaling to $50 plus a $5 tip. I used to go here all the time and went yesterday because my regular place was closed and I needed help. I should have realized after the 1st interaction this place has gone downhill. I had gel x nails I needed removed and asked for a new full set. At first, he tried to remove them by sticking a tip between the nail and gelx nail. When I asked the gentleman who was helping me to soak them off he tried to tell me no but that’s the only way to get them off without ripping my nails off.
