I sat in a perfectly fine pedicure chair (they were all empty), had a good experience except for the water being cold. But then they send me to a manicure chair to have my TOES done by a man sitting on the floor while my feet SIT on the bare floor with every prior clients shavings/dust on the floor to the point when I was finished I had to DUST my feet off from nail dust that WASNT MINE. My wife Make appointment the day before to 9 am next day she arrive at time (before 9 am) they tell her he confused the time, he tell the lady who do the nail the appointment was to 9:30. My wife wait to 9:45 and she don’t arrive. Bad customer service.
Where everybody knows your name..been going here 20yrs plus..they make it like home..welcome to thier home..always a plus
