I was a regular customer for years. I sat and waited over 2 hours and person after person got called before me. Fake apps where to blame when I asked why they got called back. Then I asked for a discount for waiting so long and one worker was very rude and slapped a bill down to the lady doing my nails to give her extra money since I asked for a discount! I will never go back... they did a poor job anyway!
I will never step foot in this place again. (after being a regular customer for over 2 years) Lousy service, lousy customer service from manager. After getting a really bad jip job for a pedicure (lady skimping on everything and then not even putting on top coat) I nicely said I would only pay $20 for regular pedicure instead of $25 for the deluxe she was supposed to do.
