Got rekey of my home lock two months ago. Two keys broke out, caused by deepest cut on weakest section in the middle of the key. Requested tech to address this issue, he said he can do nothing about it.Disappointment on follow up request
Had a problem with a front door lock. Rob came and repaired it with no problem. He took the time to explained in detail what the problem was. He was professional and a pleasure to work with.

Had a minor issue and decided to reach out. Owners responded almost immediately. Very professional and understanding. Validated my concerns as well.
Rip off company. Don’t recommend it. Lockers are reasonable but charge us per hour drive to your house. They may say 30 minutes but it’s always 1:30 away. We never know where they really are. They can be in their trucks until 1:30 hours passes to get to you.
