Great doctor that my kids have been seeing for years. The staff is friendly. One of Dr. Kan’s receptionist is incredible, name Karen. Very kind, helpful and reliable. She is always so happy and her smile is so welcoming. My kids loves her.

Awful experience. Waited over an hour after our appointment time. The office staff took a patient that appeared to be in his early 20s back before taking my elementary school aged son. They had only been waiting 20 minutes and were composing where as we waited patiently. I asked the staff and they gave me a weak apology, with no genuine care. The doctor took very little time with my son, within 10 minutes we were out of her office.
Dr. Kan is the number 1 neurologist in NYC. She is caring with kids with special needs. I am glad she helped me with my daughter.
