Unfortunately I should have listened to the other reviews that said she has a God complex and doesn't listen. I took my husband with me to the second appointment to make sure I wasn't just being too sensitive. Nope, he left frustrated also and agreed that I shouldn't go back. She constantly talked over me when I tried to speak and cut me off if my answer was more than one word. She talked a LOT, but didn't listen at all, and was very dismissive. I did not care for Dr. Li Jiang’s demeanor. She did not listen to me and although I do respect she is a specialist and I’m sure a very competent Dr. I left the appointment feeling disappointed and unheard.
Amazing doctor! Very thorough, listens to symptoms, and is a very intelligent doctor. She explained my condition very clearly and validated my symptoms. I ended up not having an autoimmune condition but if I knew any family who needed a rheumatologist I would feel very comfortable suggesting Dr. Li Jiang. Great doctor and office experience!
