Did not care for her demeanor at all. Has the God like complex. Would not even let me express myself or even tell her my symptoms. Talked over me continually...you can do better!!!

This is a very difficult review to do, but I am pissed off at this doctor’s front desk for the doctor whom we have not yet seen. Unfortunately your practice is only as good as your staff are. Made a new patient appointment for my mother, about 2 month out. While official appointment is suppose to be this Friday, May 17th at 9am at Frisco office. I have found Dr. Jiang to be a kind, warm and compassionate physician. She has gone out of her way to get pre-certification for a new medication which has put two autoimmune conditions into remission. She is one of the finest rheumatologists in DFW. She actually treats her patients like members of her family. A true gift to the medical profession.

Dr. Jiang has a very strong personality. She's a young hearted person but at the same time, she has an old soul within her. She's a remarkable rheumatologist. She listens carefully as you are talking to her. Dr. Jiang doesn't walk in and walk out. She doesn't talk while you are explaining yourself. She gives you advice on your health. Keep Up The Good Work!
