Dr Li is doing god's work. He was excellent and the visit was unlike any other doctor in NYC, the appointment was easy to make, the staff was accommodating, and the visit was easy - he was very knowledgeable and thorough. It's a plus that he's serving the community of Chinatown. Great doctor, highly recommend.
This Dr is horrible, my mom has been seeing him for 20 years and I was never told that my mom have a cyst inside her ear, all he did was clean her ear and told her to use drops daily until she started getting discharge from her so I took her to an otolaryngologist and was told there are a lot of issues with her ear due to an infection and other issues that they are still looking into after an MRI. The specialist also said this is not something that occurred in a year or two but most likely been for over 5 years. And now mom ... read more
Dr Li absolutely horrible. About 5 minute visit probably send insurance company hundreds of dollars bill. He is so arrogant and rush don't even listen to my concerns. All he care is how much money he made not your health. 😭 sad ! He don’t have any medical decency.
Dr. Li is a good ear doctor! The front desk is nice and we waited not too long! Highly recommended!
