Went in for an estimate and both the man and woman weren’t friendly. He told me one piece I had wasn't even gold (it def was per two other jewelers and sold as 14k) and they gave the lowest offers for gold and silver. Would never waste my time again for estimates for possible selling.
Customer service is quite responsive and attentive to customers; the order was completed on time. Serge was very friendly and kept his promise. A very beautiful pendant arrived in lovely packaging.

Offered me $10/ea for US Prestige Proof Sets and in the same breath told me she could re-sell them for $50. There is approximately $45 worth of silver melt value at current price, in just *one coin* in each set. Employee at the store claimed that it's "illegal" to melt US coins with a patronizing tone. Flat out false, if it's no longer used as tender for face value, i.e.: collectibles and pre-1965 silver coins, which is all I have.
