Dr. Li is incredibly gentle and soft spoken..he really listens to you and is extremely knowledgeable. One of the hygienists, Joy, was amazing! She knew how anxious I was and told me everything she was going to do, if my eyebrows went up, she’d stop and ask if I was ok. So so so gentle! Highly recommend! The front office staff are so funny but very professional!
I can't say enough good about Dr.Frank Li and his amazing staff! I have extreme anxiety when it comes to the dentist (from several prior bad experiences). I'm so thankful a friend recommended this one! I love the fact the only dentist is Dr.Frank Li.. he's quick, confident, knowledgeable, and truly has done amazing work with my last 2 appointments. And I'm pretty sure when I canceled I canceled with lots of time to rebook for other patients 20 years I've been going there and I'm very disappointed as my health has decreased true theyear and I've been on disability and was told that Dr Lee will not be accepting people on disability anymore
