We had more contact with Li's assistants Renka, Lianne, and Nadine. They were all so communicative and promptly answered any questions, concerns, etc. They stayed up to date regarding our application and let me know how things were developing. During the signing appointment, Li was very clear and explained each document we were signing. As first time buyers, it was nice to understand every page and how all the documents come together to give you ownership of your new home. Great experience.
I used Li Cheng when I bought my first house in August of 2021 and had a fantastic experience. I got the keys by 1pm. As a first time buyer I knew nothing, but everything was explained to me and he really took his time to answer questions and tell me exactly what I needed to do. Having that be my only experience with real estate law, I thought my experience with Li was the norm. From start to finish, this team was amazing! They were so quick to respond to our initial inquiry, as well as all of our questions. Each step was explained to us in such detail and we were never left out of the loop. Li was amazing at explaining every detail when we signed our papers and the whole team was so informative and helpful. We'd recommend them to ANYONE, especially first time home buyers! We'll never use anyone else after this great experience!!
