We had more contact with Li's assistants Renka, Lianne, and Nadine. They were all so communicative and promptly answered any questions, concerns, etc. They stayed up to date regarding our application and let me know how things were developing. During the signing appointment, Li was very clear and explained each document we were signing. As first time buyers, it was nice to understand every page and how all the documents come together to give you ownership of your new home. Great experience.
I used Li Cheng when I bought my first house in August of 2021 and had a fantastic experience. I got the keys by 1pm. As a first time buyer I knew nothing, but everything was explained to me and he really took his time to answer questions and tell me exactly what I needed to do.
