I went for treatment for a salivary duct blockage. Not only did she fix that, there were a few great side effects. I had worn glasses for 15 years, suddenly didn't need them. I had damaged my hand in the 80s and hadn't had movement in it much since after the acupuncture I caould move it again. I was in my 50s and came away feeling like a teenager.
Very bad experience for acupuncture. Since it was my 1st time acupuncture, I told her that I had no idea at all. There was no explanation about the procedure and how long it might take. She took me to another room and then asked me to lay down. Without any explanation, she started to put needles into my body. It was not feeling good, which I had told her. Li Chen is amazing. Her treatment dramtically reduced my long term arthritis pain and inflammation after a few appointments. Li allows an hour for the appointment, her rooms are designed for clients to relax, undisturbed during treatment. A very busy practice and she knows her stuff. After six months I am still pain free and would highly recommend Li if you are looking for professional alternative therapy.
