Great workouts! Larry & Rosie are amazing, definitely am feeling it the next day.
I started the fitness program one and half months ago. I was recuperating from shoulder surgery, and I was looking for a program to help me gain strength and weight loss. After being a part of Lhtransformation for over a year I feel Transformed!! Larry and his amazing team are a group of dedicated and caring individuals who push you when you think you have nothing left to give. They are motivating, encouraging and supportive from the very second you step into the gym or when you hop in a virtual class.
