Called to get on a maintenance plan and schedule first service. Gentleman that answered phone was so pleasant and helpful that was my first sign I called the right company. He promised a return phone call in 15 minutes and sure enough Samantha called back in like 5 minutes. Next was my technician Kristof that came out as scheduled. This company is superb. Always hit the time window, text when they are on their way, high quality work, very thorough and attention to detail, and even gave my mom, who referred me, a $50 gift card. Kristoff is very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Ask for him!

We had a wonderful first experience with LHT. Kristof DeProft was great, thorough, and took great care of us to make sure things were done right. We needed a part ordered and the day it came in, we were scheduled the next morning for an all day repair. We are happy to find LHT to help us with our home as well as rental homes in the future if needed.
