Today, we had our first inspection under the Cooling and Heating maintenance plan we signed with LHT. The entire experience from scheduling to the actual maintenance of the equipment was excellent. Samantha in the front office was very accommodating in working around our schedule and the technician, Turner Warren, was extremely competent and friendly. He went out of his way to explain what he was doing and even provided additional tips regarding upkeep of the system. We're glad we chose LHT Cooling & Heating.
