I have used LHT cooling since 2004. I have always found the owner Joe, to be forthright and honest. All of his employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Today I had the pleasure of having employee Turner Warren at my house for spring cleaning. He was more than prompt, professional and knowledgeable about my unit. He took care of the cleaning and I am more than satisfied. Thanks Turner and LHT. I highly recommend this company Fred Caruso

I was very impressed by Turner Warren. He was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do and updated me on his progress throughout the maintenance procedure. At the end of the maintenance check, he told me that all my numbers looked good and asked me if I had any questions, which I didn’t because he was so thorough. Excellent service. The guys arrived earlier than expected which was awesome. Got in did a great job and completely done in just a few hours. Highly recommend this company. Professional and friendly. Cannot say enough good things. Thanks LHT crew.

Jonathan came over and was very professional and got straight to work and was no dilly dallying... He found several problems with my air conditioning unit that the tech that install the system could not find. I have never been more happy with the customer service response and professionalism with a company before. I only hope that Jonathan and this company is around for a long time because they're the ones that are going to be taken care of my system from now on... Thank you so much 🙏💯😀😀😀😀😀

Technician was on time, very polite and explained things very well. He maintained a clean work space and did a great job of documenting things as he went along. Photos of the indoor air handler and duct work were well done and showed his findings clearly without guessing of what was being shown. Recommendations were clear and I did not feel pressured into making decisions about current and future service. I would recommend this technician and company for future use.
