I purchased a condo Oct 2018 for a vacation home. It had a basic thermostat so I upgraded to a nest thermostat so I could set it on the way down. In the spring I turned the AC on and it was blowing warm air. It was an older system so I was ready to replace it anyway. Joe told me I didn't need to replace it yet and asked if he could troubleshoot it. The issue was with the thermostat. Joe could have sold me a new system but it only cost a service call. I have used LHT cooling since 2004. I have always found the owner Joe, to be forthright and honest. All of his employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Today I had the pleasure of having employee Turner Warren at my house for spring cleaning. He was more than prompt, professional and knowledgeable about my unit. I was very impressed by Turner Warren. He was extremely professional, answered all my questions, and was very friendly. He explained what he was going to do and updated me on his progress throughout the maintenance procedure. At the end of the maintenance check, he told me that all my numbers looked good and asked me if I had any questions, which I didn’t because he was so thorough. The LHT team really did a wonderful job on what turned out to be a major repair. Despite the nearly 60+ man hours it took to complete the job along with some new repair parts (circuit board and transducer) Joe honored to his quote to me! Sensational customer service and I’m very happy to have a service contract with this first rate company.
