All the staff were phenomenal, the gal at reception for MRI deserves my highest thanks for getting both my shoulders done in one visit. Can't say thanks enough!!!!
Whether twenty years ago or now, Impark is just terrible. I wish UH would move on from them and have parking systems like St Joe's and Victoria where there's more than a 50/50 chance you can pay and leave successfully.
Bad enough going through chemo and radiation but when you're a dollar short because you accidentally forgot your bank card at home it happens. I was not expecting I wasn't allowed to leave until I scrounged up a dollar in my car LOL literally for a dollar that the guy could have chipped in and I would have paid him back. Definitely says a lot about that young man. Wrong place to be working
