The power vent on the furnace was filling the house with fumes, so the tech (Jeff) walked me through the issue. Jeff provided information on the most inexpensive solution, which was replacement of parts on the twenty three year old unit. Very prompt response to the emergency situation of waking up without heat. The 2 gentlemen that showed up wore booties on their shoes to keep the house clean without being asked and kept me informed throughout. I was presented multiple pricing options depending on additional items I may want to take care of with them here, which I took advantage of.
