Once again, LHR proves to ME that I not only do I have the best technical team on my speed dial, but they take care of me and my family. The response was quick and the diagnosis was just as fast. Problem solved!! TY LHR!!!!!
We recently had to replace our entire gas burner. LHR was thorough and helpful with helping us to find the right financing and quick with the installation. The service techs were friendly and considerate of our home. We will continue to use LHR for our burner and hot water tank needs.

I had this company come out 6 times in a week and a half, the tech kept giving me different parts that needed to be replaced and after replacing all of the parts and the furnace still not working I had to call another company. They also claimed to have done a cleaning on the system but the air filter hadn't been touched. I also asked for a manager to call me after the second company came out and never heard back.
Cody came to our house to help troubleshoot a ventilation issue. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped come up with a solution towards resolving the issue.
