Would not use again. Used my iPad for the first time after a repair and when I tried to put it in its case, the screen cracked from pushing it into the case in the corner. The screen felt very thin and there are bits of glue or something that had oozed out of the sides. When I called them about the poor quality of the screen they told me they could replace it for a slight discount on the usual price but I don’t want to pay for a screen if the same thing is going to happen. Only positive is that the service was at least quick
I am really happy about the mobile repair from this shop and thank Na and Thi for their customerservice. They are professionals and diagnosed the motherboard fault in 30minutes and returned my Samsung Galaxy A32 mobile phone within 1 week as promised time at a competitive rate compared to other shops. I recommend them to other customers 👌.
Best service ever. My apple id is disabled and I could not access the phone. I am so happy when they helped me fix the problem without charge.
Beware of them. Took my phone, a Samsung A51 to them as it powered down and wouldn't charge or restart, this was on a Saturday a couple of weeks ago. They had a look, told me it could be a motherboard issue, $100.00 to fix, take three days and they would ring me, that, unfortunately was the beginning of my problems. By Thursday I hadn't heard anything so went to see them, the woman tried to ring their "technician" but after 3 separate attempts he wouldn't answer. Got my screen replaced in half an hour and did a really good job, good staff and will come again
