I had a disappointing experience. The work on my front lawn was not done properly. Due to poor communication, the team followed the old design instead of the one we agreed on. Responses took a long time, requiring multiple follow-ups. Unfortunately, customer care did not seem to be a priority.

I reached out to Joel Irrigation for help with the maintenance and repair of my reticulation after having a positive experience with them last summer, when they were part of the Water Corp's water-wise campaign. The service at that time was great, so I was happy hiring their services now.
