5 star building with a 3 star service. If the hotel is less than 25% full, you can expect no service at the pool bar for 45 mins at 5pm. For what we paid, we were not expecting to have to ring reception to prompt a staff member to attend the bar. No one picked up, but they did call me back right away apologising for missing my call. 35 dollars for a car valet when the car park is 10 feet away is a laughable insult. We stayed here for the first time this past weekend and will definitely be returning! The property was immaculate and the service was so good. Shout out to Sarah! She was working the restaurant and bar and was so incredibly sweet and attentive. The room was very cozy and intimate. I also loved that it was 21+. Definitely book here if you are looking for a romantic and relaxing getaway.

I really wanted to love this hotel given how nice the property grounds are but had a terrible experience, so bad that I checked out early. I stayed in a pool facing room and didn’t realize that I couldn’t open the curtains bc the room gets so hot and everyone can see right in. The rooms are already poorly lit and being unable to open the curtains really ruined the room. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work.
