We stayed here a year ago, service was good, rooms were amazing. This time, service is a joke, severely understaffed and zero attention to detail. Most notably: - first room we were given was filthy with a non-working safe - 2nd room, still charged us for an upgrade after our first room was terrible and even worse, they knew we were here for our wedding, no champagne or any attempt to make our stay memorable - nearly impossible to get cleaning crew to makeup the room and worst yet, cleaning cream threw our clothes on the gro... read more

While the rooms are beautiful, the service has gone downhill dramatically in the last year. We’ve had to ask for housekeeping to clean or turn down our room multiple times, even though we leave for hours at a time, and sometimes the still don’t do it. When they do come, they’re placed out dirty clothes in a pile on the floor or leave used water bottles that the cleaning staff drank out of on the countertops.
