I am truly a sucker for mid century modern architecture so I was really looking forward to our stay at Horizon. Unfortunately the experience fell short in several areas and we will likely not be returning. There were definitely some positives and the staff was kind throughout our stay, but the condition of the room and the lack of attention to detail were hard to overlook. We stayed in Suite 17. Disappointed with the value of this stiff, yet pretty hotel. The service, amenities and room are sub par relative to other high end hotels and resorts in this area (The Parker, The Kimpton Rowan, even the sister hotel Colony Palms is better), where we have previously stayed. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay at L’Horizon. The staff was welcoming and genuinely attentive, and the food—especially the brunch—was excellent. Our room was beautiful and unique, making the experience feel special. I also had an outstanding massage with Christina, who was not only highly skilled but also warm and thoughtful and gave me some great life advice :) Overall, it’s the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing getaway. Highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel, especially the Hermann Bungalows. The attention to detail in the rooms is spectacular. We will absolutely stay during our next visit to Palm Springs. Only drawback to mention is the distance to the downtown Palm Springs which is a decent walk but still well worth it.
