We recommend LHM to anyone who needs PT. Anna helped my daughter to heal from shin splint pain. My teen looked forward to sessions. Anna knew how to teach and challenge while being so friendly and encouraging. She was always a joy to spend the time with. Now my daughter can do activities that used to hurt. She learned how to prevent similar injuries as well. Highly recommend!
Had a blast coming here. The lady’s work with you and the ones not on your team still help out. There a team throughout that work well with each other. They help each other. Definitely will be coming here if I need any physical training.
