I'll start by saying I own a Ford so I chose to go to a dealer for this repair because it is a labor intensive job. The water pump went out on my Explorer and after some research and quotes, I settled on Larry Miller. Combining how I had been turned away by a few local mechanics, and kept seeing those labor heavy quotes, I thought at the time a Ford dealer would be best, assuming there would be some expertise. This was a good and quick service! Ty
Brought my Explorer in for a recall fix as well as for a routine oil change. I couldn't have had a more pleasant experience. I was greeted promptly by someone who then notified my service advisor. The advisor, Joey, came and after introducing himself started the check-in process. It was a fast and smooth process, all done with a smile. Joey really went out of his way to provide excellent service.
