Had great service from them 4 months ago. But took my 2023 F150 in for issues last week with the transmission still under warranty. They have had it four days now. So, I recently sent a 2013 Ford Fusion SE in for some recalls on it. Which shouldn't be a big deal right. So in this process I have found that I am rather displeased with the Service Department in general. So there valet service is great that being the only reason they are not getting a one star. I have trying to contact the service department a couple of times since i got this car back from them. I would give this no stars if possible. I took my car in and they changed the canister valve. Immediately after my car was not running the same. They told me it would be a $200 diagnostic if it had nothing to do with the valve canister. Initially told me it was probably my transmission but they had to deep dive and that would take 7-10 business days.
