Prior to meeting the LHF Team, we were feeling at a loss with our living spaces. Despite trying to create our own design using graph paper, none of our ideas seemed to impress us so we continued to live in a funk. Upon meeting Luke, we felt that he asked all the right questions. He did due diligence to understand what was important to us and also helped us realize what was OK to let go of. We started working with LHF in 2019 to compile a full home design plan with the intention of undergoing remodeling projects in phases. Luke was very accommodating and patient to our style, preferences, etc, and he balanced that very well with his expert advice and recommendations. To date we have completed approx half of the whole vision of our home. The home: 1960's, 1,500 SF home last updated in 1987. The project: simply update the home, with a focus on the kitchen, living area, and two bathrooms. The result: Mind Completely Blown! We told Luke we wanted to have an open concept kitchen. He not only gave us that, but also a walk-in pantry and laundry room too! We had no idea what the home was capable of, but Luke did.
