Lee and his team helped us navigate a fairly complex permitting issue for our deck while we were in the process of selling our home. Not only were they able to complete the work in a timely manner, but they interfaced with the city on our behalf to ensure everything was compliant. We would highly recommend them.

LHC quickly provided a detailed estimate which was competitive with other contractors. Moreover, Lee made several recommendations which significantly improved the overall design. LHC scheduled the work in a timely fashion. Alexis is a very effective communicator and kept us apprised about all ongoing activities. In summary, we are very satisfied with LHC’s professional workmanship and the finished project.
I regret choosing this company for our screened porch installation. What was supposed to be a straightforward project turned into a drawn-out process full of delays and miscommunication. The crew often showed up late or not at all, and getting updates required multiple follow-ups. Even worse, the final result didn’t meet expectations—the screens don’t fit properly, some materials feel cheap, and there’s already visible wear just weeks after completion. I expected far better craftsmanship and professionalism.
