The person who wrote a review about the toy absolutely lied about the situation and used social media to redeem himself and his girlfriend. We never harassed him. We told him the toy was $10 and he Venmoed $5 and we corrected him and instead of accepting it, he argued. I then said it was fine to cheat us — but he did try to cheat us. We lose money on almost every adoption — the toys are a means of raising money. He posted on every platform and I just saw this. The owner is incredibly rude and disorganized. Bought a toy from them so I could let one of the dogs play with it and she forgot how much it cost and sent a series of accusatory Venmo requests demanding more money and insulting me. Totally bizarre behavior. One of the most obnoxious interactions I've ever had. Adopt somewhere else.
