From the start, scheduling was incredibly easy and straightforward. She is a true professional who took the time to throughly educate me on the entire process, what to expect, and the proper aftercare. The procedure itself was completely pain-free, comfortable and went smoothly. If you are considering permanent eyeliner, I highly recommend booking with Lilia.
