Went from approved, and her taking 1400 down, along with watching us put insurance on the vehicle. Only for her to say they couldn’t get us approved that night, that it would be the following Monday, then the following Monday, she calls and says I wasn’t approved. Talking about you want the good or bad news first. Then proceeds to say I was only approved because of her misspelling my name, by one letter. And after correcting that I wasn’t approved anymore.
