This company KEEPS EMAIL ME about an appointment scheduled, but I have never heard of this company. I have no idea how they've gotten my information and it seems like a complete scam. I've asked twice now to be removed and my information deleted, yet I'm still being emailed about a video appointment being scheduled. PLEASE STOP EMAILING ME - I NEVER SIGNED UP. No clue how they "help" people, been trying to make a simple appointment with a therapist for the last 3 months! I have a solid insurance and was referred by another Doctor, nothing but run arounds with no one following back up with me. Not helping my current state at all. An LGTC representaive literally just said we take on too many new patients. Maybe focus on the ones that y'all have? I've experienced everything others below have as well!
This place is awful and Vanessa is zero help! I tried to call several times and the extension for new patients is ALWAYS a dead end with no option to leave a message. After weeks of getting nowhere I finally got connected to Vanessa who told me that they are booked now and basically don't want me! This is after I told her I need medicine management, so I can only guess I wouldn't make them enough money because I wasn't in horrible enough shape to require therapy! What kind of "care" is this??
