Dominic L. is the guy you need for soffits and hurricane clip/strap installation. He's based in Brevard County but goes anywhere. Smart, professional, highly experienced, and answers all your questions. He leaves your house looking better than it was before he arrived.
Soon as the guy got out of the truck a huge ploom of smoke came out of his mouth. The guy had no identification on him saying he was with the company or anyway of proving he was qualified to handle the task at hand. The price went up from the original quote from $1250 to $2150 and then was informed they charge an additional 3 percent if you use a card which wasnt disclosed in the first contact. LGT did a great job adding hurricane clips to our home. They worked with me on numerous details to ensure a complete job. Dominic answered all of my questions in a timely and professional manner. Leo and Danny did a great job on site and reviewed everything I wished to personally inspect. We were also able to time the inspection so the inspector could review the nail spacing for his wind mitigation report ( I have a flat roof with no attic access, so having the soffit open to inspect is critical). I'd give 10 stars if I could. Very responsive customer service from the inquiry to the quote then to completion. The professional they sent to perform our service was awesome. Polite, Courteous, meticulous, and explained in detail what he was doing. I cannot thank LGT enough. This has been the only positive in my FL insurance experience. I will recommend LGT to anybody who asks.
WOW these guys are great ..showed up on time and added our straps in a few hours. They cleaned up and were out before I knew it. When they arrived they told me step by step what to expect and they delivered as promised. Great company to deal with …Im glad I found them.
