LGT Restoration Services / A Third Nail Guy just finished bringing our home in to compliance with the current hurricane roof wind mitigation rules. Derek performed the update in a quick and timely fashion. He was professional, aware of his work area and kept the mess to a bare minimum. Cleaned up the work area completely before leaving. Had a great experience using their service to retrofit my roof structure in order to be able to get a much better discount on home insurance based on credits on the wind mitigation report following their work. They were polite, prompt and efficient. No mess was left and the price was very fair in the industry. Many companies wanted to charge me a lot extra to work thru my soffit, but they were able to work in the attic and that also helped the cost. Thanks guys.
Everything was a great experience! Working with Dom in setting up appointment and keeping me informed throughout the process of my hurricane clips retrofit was awesome, incredible customer service! And our installer Mykel was great, he did super clean work, kept us well informed about everything he was doing and was super friendly! I highly recommend!
