have never met such an irresponsible service, they didn’t come to service my truck, they didn’t pick up the phone
The company customer service was okay but could be so much better. I had a truck broken down; which they came the night before to take a look at. I was told that they would be back the next morning to start an attempt to repair the truck. Morning came and I didn’t hear from anyone; so decided to give them a call. I was then told that they were running behind on another job; which is fine, it just should have been communicated with me. I was then told that they would be able to get to the truck that afternoon. Lucas did a great job diagnosing my 1999 7.3 - he had me up and running quickly without any BS or excuses. Straight up guy - doesn’t make promises he can’t keep and does what he says he’s gonna do. I plan to use him again.
LGK did an excellent job fixed my truck after breakdown on the road at KIA BLVD went an extra mile and worked tirelesly to keep me on the road I will always recommend him anyone around lagrange Atl and Georgia this is your guy he doesnt dissapoints.Respect!!
LGK came out and fixed my international 18 wheeler truck at a reasonable price I have this number saved anytime I’m in the Atlanta Ga area needing mechanical work done I will definitely use him again highly recommended.
