Really like the location in pilot point, and everyone ive worked with through the buying process has been exceptional. Deanna helping point me in whichever direction needed for who to talk to and coordinating has been great, Elaine who helped answer all of my questions to go through the buying process over renting, and Josh who made all the paper work make sense and easy to understand throughout the whole process. We moved into our townhome in Summer of 2025. When we moved in there was no discussion that the home would be sold out from under us. The lady we spoke with told us that we could start our lease and the builder would help us transition to purchasing. That was a lie. The builder not only sold the home without telling us but lied about “routine inspection” which we didn’t get notice for and we weren’t allowed to be in the home for. I do not recommend.
I’ve had a great experience working with Ms. Deanna. From the moment I came in, she was warm, welcoming, and professional. Throughout the entire process, she maintained excellent communication and always responded to my texts as quickly as possible. She was very straightforward about everything I needed for the application process and clearly explained all of the requirements to help me get approved.
